Biography

KATE A. MIRANDILLA was an assistant professor at the Department of Communication Research of the College of Mass Communication, University of the Philippines in Diliman. She obtained her BA Communication Research degree (cum laude) from the same institution. She earned her master’s degree in Mass Communication from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore under the ASEAN Postgraduate Scholarship program. Aside from political communication and the new media, her research interests are in the fields of public relations, organizational communication, and advertising.
