Biography

DONG HWAN (BILL) KWON is a Korean missionary of the Church of Nazarene, serving the Asia-Pacific region. He is teaching M.A. Christian Communication at the Asia-Pacific Nazarene Theological Seminary (APTS) in Taytay, Rizal. As part of his ministry assignment and with a scholarship grant from the United Board of Christian Higher Education in Asia (UBCHEA), he is enrolled in the Ph.D. Communication program of the UPCMC where his subject area focus is religion, media, and culture.
