Biography

ARMINDA V. SANTIAGO is an associate professor at the University of the Philippines Film Institute of the U.P. College of Mass Communication (U.P. CMC). She is also Chair of the CMC Graduate Studies Department. She teaches courses in communication, photography, cinematography, editing and post-production, documentary film production, media literacy, and media research. She holds two M.A. degrees, one in Communication (U.P. Diliman, 1991) and one in Radio, TV, Film (University of North Texas, USA, 1993) and a Ph.D. in Communication degree (U.P. Diliman, 2006).
