Plaridel journal welcomes its new Editor-in-Chief, Prof. Fernando DLC Paragas, PhD. Dr. Paragas is also the new Dean of the UP College of Mass Communciation. EIC Dean Paragas will continue the innovative leadership of Prof. Arminda V. Santiago, PhD., who ended her term as EIC and Dean last February 2022.
